We are looking for a skilled and proactive Onboarding Specialist who will play a crucial role in guiding clients through the onboarding process, collaborating with internal teams, and ensuring they are set up for long-term success.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in client onboarding, project management, and customer engagement, ensuring clients receive the necessary training and support to successfully adopt our services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with Sales, Support Engineers, Training team, Customer Success, and other relevant departments to ensure the client experiences a smooth and effective onboarding.
- Create and manage a success plan for new clients that outlines their goals for onboarding as well as the timeline for all training.
- Conduct orientation sessions to introduce new clients to company services, processes, and key contacts.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for new clients during their onboarding period.
- Monitor and track the progress of client onboarding, ensuring all necessary training is completed.
- Gather feedback from clients to continuously improve the onboarding process.
Requirements:
- Preferred: Project Management Certification
- 2+ years of experience in client onboarding, account management, or a related customer-facing role
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
